Graston Technique® is a soft tissue method that uses specially designed patented instruments to identify and treat scar tissue in soft tissues. Each tool is shaped specifically for different body parts. The instruments are rubbed in a cross friction pattern over areas of scar tissue. The goal is to break up scar tissue, reduce pain and restore normal tissue function.
